Shot in Cancún, Tulum and Cobá, the series explores the spectacle of all-inclusive resort culture – being inside a landscape yet simultaneously far removed from the socio-political discourse. Oscillating between natural landscapes and human interventions, it observes the intersections of escapism and tourism while also highlighting the preservation of Mayan culture and identity.
